제108조에 따른 심사청구 사항을 심사하기 위하여 공단에 국민연금심사위원회(이하 "심사위원회"라 한다)를 두고, 건강보험공단에 징수심사위원회를 둔다. <개정 2009.5.21>
In order to review matters subject to the request for review under Article 108, a National Pension Review Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Review Committee") shall be established within the Corporation, and a Collection Review Committee shall be established within the Health Insurance Corporation. <Amended by Act No. 9665, May 21, 2009>
심사위원회 및 징수심사위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 및 심사 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2009.5.21>
