제110조 재심사청구

제108조에 따른 심사청구에 대한 결정에 불복하는 자는 그 결정통지를 받은 날부터 90일 이내에 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 적은 재심사청구서에 따라 국민연금재심사위원회에 재심사를 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2015.1.28>
A person who is dissatisfied with a decision on a request for examination under Article 108 may request reconsideration from the National Pension Reconsideration Committee within 90 days from the date of receiving notification of the decision, by submitting a request for reconsideration containing matters prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 13127, Jan. 28, 2015>
제1항에 따른 재심사청구의 방법 및 절차 등은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <신설 2015.1.28>
The method and procedure for a request for reconsideration under paragraph ① shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Newly added by Act No. 13127, Jan. 28, 2015>
