제110조에 따른 재심사청구 사항을 심사하기 위하여 보건복지부에 국민연금재심사위원회(이하 "재심사위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
To examine matters of reconsideration requested under Article 110, a National Pension Reconsideration Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Reconsideration Committee") shall be established within the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 9413, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 10016, Jan. 18, 2010>
재심사위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. 이 경우 공무원이 아닌 위원이 전체 위원의 과반수가 되도록 하여야 한다. <신설 2018.12.11>
The Reconsideration Committee shall be composed of not more than 20 members, including one Chairperson. In this case, members who are not public officials shall constitute a majority of the total members. <Newly Established by Act No. 15929, Dec. 11, 2018>
재심사위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 및 재심사 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2018.12.11>
