①
재심사위원회의 재심사와 재결에 관한 절차에 관하여는 「행정심판법」을 준용한다.
The Administrative Appeals Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the re-examination and decision of the Re-examination Committee.
②
제110조에 따른 재심사청구 사항에 대한 재심사위원회의 재심사는 「행정소송법」 제18조를 적용할 때 「행정심판법」에 따른 행정심판으로 본다.
The re-examination by the Re-examination Committee on matters for which a re-examination has been requested pursuant to Article 110 shall be deemed an administrative appeal under the Administrative Appeals Act when applying Article 18 of the Administrative Litigation Act.
