제120조(진단) 공단은 필요하다고 인정하면 장애에 따른 수급권자 또는 부양가족연금액의 계산 대상이 되는 자에게 공단이 지정하는 의사의 진단을 받을 것을 요구하거나 소속 직원을 시켜 장애 상태를 확인하게 할 수 있다.

① The Corporation, when it deems it necessary, may require a beneficiary due to disability or a person who is the subject of calculation for family support pension to receive a diagnosis from a doctor designated by the Corporation, or may have its employees investigate the state of disability.
