제15조(사망의 추정) 사고가 발생한 선박 또는 항공기에 탔던 자로서 생사를 알 수 없거나 그 밖의 사유로 생사를 알 수 없게 된 사람은 가입자의 자격 확인 및 연금의 지급과 관련하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사망한 것으로 추정한다. <개정 2015.1.28>
Translation
① A person who was on board a vessel or aircraft involved in an accident, or whose whereabouts have become unknown for other reasons, shall be presumed to have died in accordance with the provisions of the Presidential Decree, with regard to the verification of the subscriber's qualification and the payment of the pension. <Amended by Act No. 13163, Jan. 28, 2015>
