가입자의 자격을 상실한 후 다시 그 자격을 취득한 자에 대하여는 전후(前後)의 가입기간을 합산한다.
For a person who has reacquired eligibility after losing it, the prior and subsequent subscription periods shall be aggregated.

가입자의 가입 종류가 변동되면 그 가입자의 가입기간은 각 종류별 가입기간을 합산한 기간으로 한다.
If the type of subscription of a subscriber changes, the subscription period of that subscriber shall be the period obtained by aggregating the subscription periods for each type.
