Translation
①
국민연금공단은 제21조에 따른 신고를 받으면 그 내용을 확인하고, 신고 내용이 사실과 다르다고 인정되면 그 뜻을 신고인에게 통지하여야 한다.
Upon receiving a report under Article 21, the National Pension Service shall verify its contents and, if it finds that the reported contents differ from the facts, shall notify the informant of such fact.

제1항에 따른 통지에 관하여는 제23조제4항을 준용한다. <개정 2015.1.28>
Article 23 (4) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the notification under paragraph ①. <Amended by Act No. 13133, Jan. 28, 2015>
