공단의 정관에는 다음 사항을 기재하여야 한다.

  9. 9. 정관의 변경에 관한 사항

  10. 10. 규약ㆍ규정의 제정 및 개정ㆍ폐지에 관한 사항

  11. 11. 공고에 관한 사항

The Articles of Association of the Corporation shall state the following matters. 1. Purpose 2. Name 3. Matters concerning the principal office and branch offices 4. Matters concerning executives and employees 5. Matters concerning the board of directors 6. Matters concerning business 7. Matters concerning budget and settlement of accounts 8. Matters concerning assets and accounting 9. Matters concerning the amendment of the Articles of Association 10. Matters concerning the establishment, amendment, and repeal of bylaws and regulations 11. Matters concerning public notices

공단은 정관을 변경하려면 보건복지부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>

If the Corporation intends to amend the Articles of Association, it shall obtain approval from the Minister of Health and Welfare. <Amended on Feb. 29, 2008; Jan. 18, 2010>
