제32조(임원의 임기) 임원의 임기는 3년으로 한다. 다만, 당연직 이사의 임기는 그 재임기간으로 하고, 기금이사의 임기는 계약기간으로 한다.

① The term of office of officers shall be three years. Provided, however, that the term of office of ex officio directors shall be their period of service, and the term of office of a fund director shall be their contract period.
