①
공단의 회계연도는 정부의 회계연도에 따른다.
The accounting year of the Corporation shall follow the accounting year of the Government.
②
공단은 보건복지부장관의 승인을 받아 회계규정을 정하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Corporation shall establish accounting regulations with the approval of the Minister of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 9429, Feb. 29. 2008; Act No. 9983, Jan. 18. 2010>
