제43조(공단의 수입ㆍ지출) 공단의 수입은 국민연금기금으로부터의 전입금, 국가 보조금, 차입금, 그 밖의 수입금으로 하고, 지출은 이 법에 따른 각종 급여ㆍ적립금ㆍ환부금(還付金)ㆍ차입금의 상환금과 이자, 그 밖에 공단의 운영과 사업을 위한 각종 경비로 한다.

① The revenue of the Corporation shall consist of transfers from the National Pension Fund, government subsidies, borrowed funds, and other revenues, and expenditures shall consist of various benefits under this Act, reserves, refunds, repayment of borrowed funds and interest, and other various expenses for the operation and business of the Corporation.
