제46조의2(복지시설의 설치사업 등에 관한 특례) 공단이 제46조제1항제2호 및 제3호에 따른 복지시설을 설치하기 위하여 국가, 지방자치단체, 「한국토지주택공사법」에 따른 한국토지주택공사, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 공공기관이 조성한 토지를 취득하는 경우 공단을 국가 또는 지방자치단체로 본다. <개정 2012.12.18>
Translation
Where the Corporation acquires land developed by the State, a local government, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation under the 「Korea Land and Housing Corporation Act」, or other public institutions prescribed by Presidential Decree, for the purpose of installing welfare facilities under Article 46(1) subparagraphs 2 and 3, the Corporation shall be deemed the State or a local government. <Amended by Act No. 11600, Dec. 18, 2012>
