급여는 수급권자의 청구에 따라 공단이 지급한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
Benefits shall be paid by the Corporation upon the claim of the beneficiary. <Amended by Act No. 14170, May 29, 2016>

연금액은 지급사유에 따라 기본연금액과 부양가족연금액을 기초로 산정한다.
