1. 제67조제4항에 따른 장애등급 1급 또는 2급에 해당하는 상태
2. 「장애인복지법」 제2조에 따른 장애인 중 장애의 정도가 심한 장애인으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 장애 정도에 해당하는 상태
The disability status referred to in Articles 52, 73, 75, and 76 means a status falling under any of the following subparagraphs: 1. A status corresponding to Grade 1 or Grade 2 disability under Article 67(4). 2. A status corresponding to the degree of disability prescribed by Presidential Decree, as a person with a severe disability among persons with disabilities under Article 2 of the 「Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities」.
