제60조(조세와 그 밖의 공과금 면제) 이 법에 따른 급여로 지급된 금액에 대하여는 「조세특례제한법」이나 그 밖의 법률 또는 지방자치단체가 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 조세, 그 밖에 국가 또는 지방자치단체의 공과금을 감면한다.

① With respect to the amounts paid as benefits under this Act, taxes and other public charges of the State or local government shall be reduced or exempted according to the provisions of the 「Act on the Restriction of Special Taxation」 or other laws, or ordinances prescribed by local governments.
