제68조 장애연금액

장애연금액은 장애 등급에 따라 다음 각 호의 금액으로 한다.
1. 장애등급 1급에 해당하는 자에 대하여는 기본연금액에 부양가족연금액을 더한 금액
2. 장애등급 2급에 해당하는 자에 대하여는 기본연금액의 1천분의 800에 해당하는 금액에 부양가족연금액을 더한 금액
3. 장애등급 3급에 해당하는 자에 대하여는 기본연금액의 1천분의 600에 해당하는 금액에 부양가족연금액을 더한 금액
The disability pension amount shall be the following amounts according to the disability grade. 1. For a person corresponding to disability grade 1, the amount obtained by adding the dependent family pension amount to the basic pension amount. 2. For a person corresponding to disability grade 2, the amount obtained by adding the dependent family pension amount to an amount equivalent to 800 out of 1,000 of the basic pension amount. 3. For a person corresponding to disability grade 3, the amount obtained by adding the dependent family pension amount to an amount equivalent to 600 out of 1,000 of the basic pension amount.
장애등급 4급에 해당하는 자에 대하여는 기본연금액의 1천분의 2천250에 해당하는 금액을 일시보상금으로 지급한다.
For a person corresponding to disability grade 4, an amount equivalent to 2,250 out of 1,000 of the basic pension amount shall be paid as a lump-sum compensation.
