제81조 유족연금과 사망일시금의 관계

제81조(유족연금과 사망일시금의 관계) 제73조제1항제2호 및 제4호에 따른 유족연금 수급권자에 대하여는 제75조제1항제4호에 따라 유족연금수급권이 소멸할 때까지 지급받은 유족연금액이 제80조제2항에 따른 사망일시금액보다 적을 때에는 그 차액을 일시금으로 지급한다.
Translation
For recipients of a survivors' pension under Article 73, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs 2 and 4, if the total amount of survivors' pension received until the extinction of the right to receive the survivors' pension under Article 75, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 is less than the amount of the lump-sum death benefit under Article 80, Paragraph 2, the difference shall be paid as a lump sum.
