제83조(장애연금액의 변경 제한) 장애연금의 수급권자가 고의나 중대한 과실로 요양 지시에 따르지 아니하거나 정당한 사유 없이 요양 지시에 따르지 아니하여 장애를 악화시키거나 회복을 방해한 경우에는 제70조에 따라 장애연금액을 변경하지 아니할 수 있다.

① Where a person entitled to a disability pension, due to intent or gross negligence, fails to follow medical treatment instructions or fails to follow medical treatment instructions without justifiable grounds, thereby aggravating the disability or hindering recovery, the disability pension amount may not be changed in accordance with Article 70.
