제96조(서류의 송달) 제57조의2, 제88조의2 및 제95조에 따른 서류의 송달에 관하여는 「국세기본법」 제8조(같은 조 제2항 단서는 제외한다)부터 제12조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 우편송달에 의하는 경우 그 방법은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2009.5.21>

① With respect to the service of documents under Article 57-2, Article 88-2, and Article 95, the provisions of Articles 8 through 12 of the Framework Act on National Taxes (excluding the proviso to Article 8 (2)) shall apply mutatis mutandis. However, in the case of postal service, the method thereof shall be as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 9632, May 21, 2009>
