제98조(연금보험료 징수의 우선순위) 연금보험료나 그 밖의 이 법에 따른 징수금을 징수하는 순위는 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 보험료와 같은 순위로 한다.

① The priority of collection for pension insurance premiums or other amounts to be collected under this Act shall be the same as the priority of collection for insurance premiums under the 「National Health Insurance Act」.
