제11조 국적의 재취득

제10조제3항에 따라 대한민국 국적을 상실한 자가 그 후 1년 내에 그 외국 국적을 포기하면 법무부장관에게 신고함으로써 대한민국 국적을 재취득할 수 있다. <개정 2010.5.4>
A person who has lost nationality of the Republic of Korea pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 3 may reacquire nationality of the Republic of Korea by reporting to the Minister of Justice within one year thereafter, if they renounce their foreign nationality. <Amended by Act No. 10275, May 4, 2010>
제1항에 따라 신고한 자는 그 신고를 한 때에 대한민국 국적을 취득한다.
A person who has reported pursuant to Paragraph 1 shall acquire nationality of the Republic of Korea at the time of such report.
제1항에 따른 신고 절차와 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The procedures for reporting pursuant to Paragraph 1 and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
