제14조의5 복수국적자에 관한 통보의무 등

공무원이 그 직무상 복수국적자를 발견하면 지체 없이 법무부장관에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다.
A public official who discovers a dual national in the course of performing his or her duties shall promptly notify the Minister of Justice of such fact.
공무원이 그 직무상 복수국적자 여부를 확인할 필요가 있는 경우에는 당사자에게 질문을 하거나 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다.
When a public official needs to confirm whether a person is a dual national in the course of performing his or her duties, the official may question the person concerned or request the submission of necessary documents.
제1항에 따른 통보 절차는 대통령령으로 정한다.
The procedure for notification under paragraph ① shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
