①
법무부장관은 대한민국 국적의 취득과 상실에 관한 사항이 발생하면 그 뜻을 관보에 고시(告示)하여야 한다.
The Minister of Justice shall, when matters concerning the acquisition and loss of nationality of the Republic of Korea occur, give public notice thereof in the Official Gazette.
②
제1항에 따라 관보에 고시할 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters to be given public notice in the Official Gazette pursuant to paragraph ① shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
