Article 18 (Change in Rights of Person Who Lost Nationality)
제18조 국적상실자의 권리 변동

대한민국 국적을 상실한 자는 국적을 상실한 때부터 대한민국의 국민만이 누릴 수 있는 권리를 누릴 수 없다.
A person who has lost the nationality of the Republic of Korea shall not be able to enjoy rights that only citizens of the Republic of Korea can enjoy from the time of losing their nationality.
제1항에 해당하는 권리 중 대한민국의 국민이었을 때 취득한 것으로서 양도(讓渡)할 수 있는 것은 그 권리와 관련된 법령에서 따로 정한 바가 없으면 3년 내에 대한민국의 국민에게 양도하여야 한다.
Among the rights falling under paragraph ①, those acquired when the person was a national of the Republic of Korea and are transferable shall, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations related to such rights, be transferred to a national of the Republic of Korea within 3 years.
