제19조(법정대리인이 하는 신고 등) 이 법에 규정된 신청이나 신고와 관련하여 그 신청이나 신고를 하려는 자가 15세 미만이면 법정대리인이 대신하여 이를 행한다.

① In relation to applications or notifications prescribed by this Act, if the person intending to make such application or notification is under 15 years of age, the legal representative shall perform it on their behalf.
