①
법무부장관은 대한민국 국적의 취득이나 보유 여부가 분명하지 아니한 자에 대하여 이를 심사한 후 판정할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may review and determine whether a person who is unclear as to the acquisition or retention of the nationality of the Republic of Korea acquires or retains such nationality.
②
제1항에 따른 심사 및 판정의 절차와 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The procedures for review and determination under paragraph (1), and other necessary matters, shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
