외국인의 자(子)로서 대한민국의 「민법」상 미성년인 사람은 부 또는 모가 귀화허가를 신청할 때 함께 국적 취득을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.12.19>
A child of a foreign national who is a minor under the Civil Act of the Republic of Korea may apply for acquisition of nationality together when either parent applies for permission for naturalization. <Amended by Act No. 15333, Dec. 19, 2017>
제1항에 따라 국적 취득을 신청한 사람은 부 또는 모가 대한민국 국적을 취득한 때에 함께 대한민국 국적을 취득한다. <개정 2017.12.19>
A person who applies for acquisition of nationality pursuant to paragraph ① shall acquire the nationality of the Republic of Korea together when his or her parent acquires the nationality of the Republic of Korea. <Amended by Act No. 15333, Dec. 19, 2017>
제1항에 따른 신청절차와 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2017.12.19>
