제10조의2 안전보건 현황 공시

대통령령으로 정하는 수 이상의 근로자를 사용하는 사업주, 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관 및 「지방공기업법」 제49조와 제76조에 따른 지방공사와 지방공단은 다음 각 호의 안전보건 현황을 매년 공시하여야 한다.
1. 안전보건관리체제
2. 산업재해 발생 현황
3. 전년도 안전보건 활동실적, 해당 연도 안전보건 활동계획
4. 안전보건에 관한 투자
5. 산업재해 재발방지 대책과 이행계획
6. 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사항
Employers who use a number of workers exceeding that prescribed by Presidential Decree, public institutions under Article 4 of the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」, and local public corporations and local public enterprises under Articles 49 and 76 of the 「Local Public Enterprise Act」 shall disclose the following safety and health status annually. 1. Safety and health management system 2. Industrial accident occurrence status 3. Performance of safety and health activities in the previous year and plan for safety and health activities in the current year 4. Investment in safety and health 5. Measures to prevent recurrence of industrial accidents and implementation plan 6. Other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree
제1항에 따른 안전보건 현황에 관한 공시 절차 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
The procedures for disclosure of safety and health status under Paragraph ① and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
