제104조(유해인자의 분류기준) 고용노동부장관은 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 근로자에게 건강장해를 일으키는 화학물질 및 물리적 인자 등(이하 "유해인자"라 한다)의 유해성ㆍ위험성 분류기준을 마련하여야 한다.
