제116조(물질안전보건자료와 관련된 자료의 제공) 고용노동부장관은 근로자의 안전 및 보건 유지를 위하여 필요하면 물질안전보건자료와 관련된 자료를 근로자 및 사업주에게 제공할 수 있다.
