Article 124 (Compliance with Asbestos Concentration Standards)

석면해체ㆍ제거업자는 제122조제1항에 따른 석면해체ㆍ제거작업이 완료된 후 해당 작업장의 공기 중 석면농도가 고용노동부령으로 정하는 기준 이하가 되도록 하고, 그 증명자료를 고용노동부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.
An asbestos removal and demolition contractor shall ensure that the concentration of asbestos in the air of the worksite is below the standard prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor after the completion of the asbestos removal and demolition work pursuant to Article 122 (1), and shall submit the evidence thereof to the Minister of Employment and Labor.
제1항에 따른 공기 중 석면농도를 측정할 수 있는 자의 자격 및 측정방법에 관한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
Matters concerning the qualifications of persons who can measure the concentration of asbestos in the air pursuant to paragraph (1) and the measurement methods shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
건축물ㆍ설비소유주등은 석면해체ㆍ제거작업 완료 후에도 작업장의 공기 중 석면농도가 제1항의 기준을 초과한 경우 해당 건축물이나 설비를 철거하거나 해체해서는 아니 된다.
Even after the completion of asbestos removal and demolition work, the owner of a building or facility, etc. shall not demolish or dismantle such building or facility if the concentration of asbestos in the air of the worksite exceeds the standard under paragraph (1).
