제133조 건강진단에 관한 근로자의 의무

제133조(건강진단에 관한 근로자의 의무) 근로자는 제129조부터 제131조까지의 규정에 따라 사업주가 실시하는 건강진단을 받아야 한다. 다만, 사업주가 지정한 건강진단기관이 아닌 건강진단기관으로부터 이에 상응하는 건강진단을 받아 그 결과를 증명하는 서류를 사업주에게 제출하는 경우에는 사업주가 실시하는 건강진단을 받은 것으로 본다.
Translation
A worker shall undergo a health examination conducted by the employer in accordance with the provisions of Articles 129 through 131. However, if a worker receives a health examination equivalent thereto from a health examination institution other than one designated by the employer and submits documents proving the results thereof to the employer, the worker shall be deemed to have undergone the health examination conducted by the employer.
