제142조 산업안전지도사 등의 직무

산업안전지도사는 다음 각 호의 직무를 수행한다.
1. 공정상의 안전에 관한 평가ㆍ지도
2. 유해ㆍ위험의 방지대책에 관한 평가ㆍ지도
3. 제1호 및 제2호의 사항과 관련된 계획서 및 보고서의 작성
4. 그 밖에 산업안전에 관한 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항
An industrial safety consultant shall perform the following duties. 1. Evaluation and guidance regarding process safety 2. Evaluation and guidance regarding measures to prevent hazards and risks 3. Preparation of plans and reports related to the matters in subparagraphs 1 and 2 4. Other matters concerning industrial safety as prescribed by Presidential Decree
산업보건지도사는 다음 각 호의 직무를 수행한다.
1. 작업환경의 평가 및 개선 지도
2. 작업환경 개선과 관련된 계획서 및 보고서의 작성
3. 근로자 건강진단에 따른 사후관리 지도
4. 직업성 질병 진단(「의료법」 제2조에 따른 의사인 산업보건지도사만 해당한다) 및 예방 지도
5. 산업보건에 관한 조사ㆍ연구
6. 그 밖에 산업보건에 관한 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항
An industrial health consultant shall perform the following duties. 1. Evaluation and guidance on improvement of the working environment 2. Preparation of plans and reports related to the improvement of the working environment 3. Guidance on post-management following health examinations of workers 4. Diagnosis of occupational diseases (limited to industrial health consultants who are medical doctors as defined in Article 2 of the 「Medical Act」) and guidance on prevention 5. Investigation and research concerning industrial health 6. Other matters concerning industrial health as prescribed by Presidential Decree
산업안전지도사 또는 산업보건지도사(이하 "지도사"라 한다)의 업무 영역별 종류 및 업무 범위, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The types and scope of duties by work area of an industrial safety consultant or an industrial health consultant (hereinafter referred to as "consultant"), and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
