제144조(부정행위자에 대한 제재) 고용노동부장관은 지도사 자격시험에서 부정한 행위를 한 응시자에 대해서는 그 시험을 무효로 하고, 그 처분을 한 날부터 5년간 시험응시자격을 정지한다.
Translation
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall invalidate the examination for an applicant who has committed a fraudulent act in the examination for certification as a supervisor, and shall suspend the eligibility to take the examination for 5 years from the date of such disposition.
