제149조(유사명칭의 사용 금지) 제145조제1항에 따라 등록한 지도사가 아닌 사람은 산업안전지도사, 산업보건지도사 또는 이와 유사한 명칭을 사용해서는 아니 된다.

A person who is not a certified industrial safety and health advisor registered under Article 145 (1) shall not use the names "industrial safety advisor," "industrial health advisor," or any similar name.
