①
지도사는 항상 품위를 유지하고 신의와 성실로써 공정하게 직무를 수행하여야 한다.
A guidance officer shall always maintain dignity and perform duties fairly with faithfulness and good faith.
②
지도사는 제142조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 직무와 관련하여 작성하거나 확인한 서류에 기명ㆍ날인하거나 서명하여야 한다.
A guidance officer shall affix his/her name and seal or sign the documents prepared or confirmed in relation to the duties under Article 142 (1) or (2).
