1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 의뢰인에게 법령에 따른 의무를 이행하지 아니하게 하는 행위
2. 의뢰인에게 법령에 따른 신고ㆍ보고, 그 밖의 의무를 이행하지 아니하게 하는 행위
3. 법령에 위반되는 행위에 관한 지도ㆍ상담
A guidance counselor shall not engage in the following acts: 1. Acts of causing a client to fail to perform their legal obligations through false or other dishonest means. 2. Acts of causing a client to fail to perform their reporting, notification, or other legal obligations. 3. Guidance or consultation regarding acts that violate laws and regulations.
