제152조(관계 장부 등의 열람 신청) 지도사는 제142조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 직무를 수행하는 데 필요하면 사업주에게 관계 장부 및 서류의 열람을 신청할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 신청이 제142조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 직무의 수행을 위한 것이면 열람을 신청받은 사업주는 정당한 사유 없이 이를 거부해서는 아니 된다.

① A supervisor, when necessary for the performance of duties under Articles 142 (1) and (2), may request the business owner to inspect related books and documents. In this case, if the request for inspection is for the performance of duties under Article 142 (1) or (2), the business owner who received the request for inspection shall not refuse it without justifiable grounds.
