제162조의2(벌칙 적용에서 공무원 의제) 제56조제2항에 따른 원인조사를 실시하는 공단의 임직원 또는 관계전문가는 「형법」 제129조부터 제132조까지를 적용할 때에는 공무원으로 본다.

① An employee or related expert of the Corporation conducting a cause investigation under Article 56, Paragraph 2 shall be deemed a public official when applying Articles 129 through 132 of the Criminal Act.
