Article 165 (Delegation and Entrustment of Authority, etc.)

The Minister of Employment and Labor may entrust the performance of the following duties among those under this Act to a public corporation, or a non-profit corporation or related specialized agency prescribed by Presidential Decree, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. 1. Duties related to matters under Article 4 (1) 2 through 7 and 9 2. Duties related to the establishment and operation of facilities under Article 11 (3) 3. Composition and operation of the Standardization Committee under Article 13 (2) 4. Evaluation of agencies under Article 21 (2) 5. Safety and health education related to duties under the main clause of Article 32 (1) each subparagraph 6. Registration of institutions that conduct safety and health education under Article 31 (1) main clause pursuant to Article 33 (1) 7. Duties related to evaluation under Article 33 (2) 8. Receipt and review of hazard prevention plans under Article 42, and confirmation under Article 43 (1) and the main clause of Article 43 (2) 9. Receipt of process safety reports under the first clause of Article 44 (1), review of process safety reports under Article 45 (1), and confirmation under the main clause of Article 46 (2) 10. Evaluation of safety and health diagnosis institutions under Article 48 (2) 11. Evaluation of safety and health under Article 58 (3) or the latter part of Article 58 (5) (including cases applied mutatis mutandis under Article 59 (2)) 12. Evaluation of specialized construction accident prevention guidance institutions under Article 74 (3) 13. Safety certification under Article 84 (1) and (3) 14. Confirmation of safety certification under the main clause of Article 84 (4) 15. Evaluation of safety certification institutions under Article 88 (3) 16. Duties related to notification of self-safety confirmation under the main clause of each subparagraph of Article 89 (1) 17. Safety inspection under Article 93 (1) 18. Evaluation of safety inspection institutions under Article 96 (3) 19. Recognition of self-inspection programs under Article 98 (1) 20. Safety performance test education under Article 98 (1) 2 and evaluation of self-safety inspection institutions under Article 100 (2) 21. Investigation, collection, and performance testing under Article 101 22. Support under Article 102 (1) and registration under Article 102 (2) 23. Comprehensive management of information on the safety of hazardous and harmful machinery, etc. under Article 103 (1) 24. Duties related to hazard and risk assessment under Article 105 (1) 25. Receipt of material safety and health data, etc. under Article 110 (1) through (3) 26. Duties related to approval of partial non-disclosure of material safety and health data, etc. under Article 112 (1), (2), (5), and Article 112-2 27.
