제166조 수수료 등

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수수료를 내야 한다.
1. 제32조제1항 각 호의 사람에게 안전보건교육을 이수하게 하려는 사업주
2. 제42조제1항 본문에 따라 유해위험방지계획서를 심사받으려는 자
3. 제44조제1항 본문에 따라 공정안전보고서를 심사받으려는 자
4. 제58조제3항 또는 같은 조 제5항 후단(제59조제2항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따라 안전 및 보건에 관한 평가를 받으려는 자
5. 제84조제1항 및 제3항에 따라 안전인증을 받으려는 자
6. 제84조제4항에 따라 확인을 받으려는 자
7. 제93조제1항에 따라 안전검사를 받으려는 자
8. 제98조제1항에 따라 자율검사프로그램의 인정을 받으려는 자
9. 제112조제1항 또는 제5항에 따라 물질안전보건자료의 일부 비공개 승인 또는 연장승인을 받으려는 자
10. 제118조제1항에 따라 허가를 받으려는 자
11. 제140조에 따른 자격ㆍ면허의 취득을 위한 교육을 받으려는 사람
12. 제143조에 따른 지도사 자격시험에 응시하려는 사람
13. 제145조에 따라 지도사의 등록을 하려는 자
14. 그 밖에 산업 안전 및 보건과 관련된 자로서 대통령령으로 정하는 자
Any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall pay a fee as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. 1. An employer who intends to have a person referred to in each subparagraph of Article 32 (1) complete safety and health training 2. A person who intends to have a plan for the prevention of harmful and dangerous conditions reviewed pursuant to the main clause of Article 42 (1) 3. A person who intends to have a process safety report reviewed pursuant to the main clause of Article 44 (1) 4. A person who intends to receive an assessment of safety and health pursuant to Article 58 (3) or the latter part of Article 58 (5) (including cases where applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 59 (2)) 5. A person who intends to receive safety certification pursuant to Article 84 (1) and (3) 6. A person who intends to receive confirmation pursuant to Article 84 (4) 7. A person who intends to undergo a safety inspection pursuant to Article 93 (1) 8. A person who intends to receive recognition for an autonomous inspection program pursuant to Article 98 (1) 9. A person who intends to receive approval for partial non-disclosure of a material safety data sheet or an approval for extension thereof pursuant to Article 112 (1) or (5) 10. A person who intends to obtain a permit pursuant to Article 118 (1) 11. A person who intends to receive training for acquiring qualifications or licenses under Article 140 12. A person who intends to take the examination for the qualification of a specialist under Article 143 13. A person who intends to register as a specialist under Article 145 14. Any other person related to industrial safety and health as prescribed by a Presidential Decree
공단은 고용노동부장관의 승인을 받아 공단의 업무 수행으로 인한 수익자로 하여금 그 업무 수행에 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 부담하게 할 수 있다.
The Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency may, with the approval of the Minister of Employment and Labor, require the beneficiary of the services performed by the Agency to bear all or part of the costs necessary for the performance of such services.
