제32조 안전보건관리책임자 등에 대한 직무교육

①

사업주(제5호의 경우는 같은 호 각 목에 따른 기관의 장을 말한다)는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 사람에게 제33조에 따른 안전보건교육기관에서 직무와 관련한 안전보건교육을 이수하도록 하여야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호에 해당하는 사람이 다른 법령에 따라 안전 및 보건에 관한 교육을 받는 등 고용노동부령으로 정하는 경우에는 안전보건교육의 전부 또는 일부를 하지 아니할 수 있다.

  1. 1. 안전보건관리책임자

  2. 2. 안전관리자

  3. 3. 보건관리자

  4. 4. 안전보건관리담당자

  5. 5. 다음 각 목의 기관에서 안전과 보건에 관련된 업무에 종사하는 사람

    1. 가. 안전관리전문기관
    2. 나. 보건관리전문기관
    3. 다. 제74조에 따라 지정받은 건설재해예방전문지도기관
    4. 라. 제96조에 따라 지정받은 안전검사기관
    5. 마. 제100조에 따라 지정받은 자율안전검사기관
    6. 바. 제120조에 따라 지정받은 석면조사기관

Employers (in the case of subparagraph 5, the head of the institution according to each sub-item of the same subparagraph) shall have persons falling under each of the following subparagraphs complete safety and health training related to their jobs at the safety and health training institution prescribed by Article 33. Provided, That if persons falling under each of the following subparagraphs receive training on safety and health pursuant to other laws and ordinances, or under other conditions prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, all or part of the safety and health training may be waived. 1. Safety and Health Management Officer 2. Safety Manager 3. Health Manager 4. Safety and Health Management Representative 5. Persons engaged in work related to safety and health in institutions falling under each sub-item below a. Specialized Safety Management Institutions b. Specialized Health Management Institutions c. Specialized Construction Accident Prevention Guidance Institutions designated under Article 74 d. Safety Inspection Institutions designated under Article 96 e. Self-Safety Inspection Institutions designated under Article 100 f. Asbestos Survey Institutions designated under Article 120

②

제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따른 안전보건교육의 시간ㆍ내용 및 방법, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.

The duration, content, and methods of safety and health training according to the main sentence of the part other than each subparagraph of paragraph (1), and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
