지방자치단체의 장은 관할 지역 내에서의 산업재해 예방을 위하여 자체 계획의 수립, 교육, 홍보 및 안전한 작업환경 조성을 지원하기 위한 사업장 지도 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.
The head of a local government may take necessary measures, such as establishing its own plan, conducting education and publicity, and guiding workplaces to support the creation of a safe working environment, for the prevention of industrial accidents within its jurisdiction.
정부는 제1항에 따른 지방자치단체의 산업재해 예방 활동에 필요한 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다.
The central government may provide administrative and financial support necessary for the industrial accident prevention activities of local governments under paragraph ①.
제1항에 따른 산업재해 예방 활동에 필요한 사항은 지방자치단체가 조례로 정할 수 있다.
Matters necessary for the industrial accident prevention activities under paragraph ① may be determined by ordinances of the local government.
