제40조(근로자의 안전조치 및 보건조치 준수) 근로자는 제38조 및 제39조에 따라 사업주가 한 조치로서 고용노동부령으로 정하는 조치 사항을 지켜야 한다.

A worker shall observe the measures prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, which are measures taken by the employer pursuant to Articles 38 and 39.
