제45조 공정안전보고서의 심사 등

고용노동부장관은 공정안전보고서를 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 심사하여 그 결과를 사업주에게 서면으로 알려 주어야 한다. 이 경우 근로자의 안전 및 보건의 유지ㆍ증진을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 공정안전보고서의 변경을 명할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall review the process safety report in accordance with the Enforcement Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor and notify the employer of the results in writing. In this case, if the Minister deems it necessary for the maintenance and promotion of the safety and health of workers, the Minister may order changes to the process safety report.
사업주는 제1항에 따라 심사를 받은 공정안전보고서를 사업장에 갖추어 두어야 한다.
The employer shall keep the process safety report that has been reviewed pursuant to paragraph ① at the workplace.
