제51조(사업주의 작업중지) 사업주는 산업재해가 발생할 급박한 위험이 있을 때에는 즉시 작업을 중지시키고 근로자를 작업장소에서 대피시키는 등 안전 및 보건에 관하여 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

An employer shall immediately suspend work and take necessary measures concerning safety and health, such as evacuating workers from the workplace, when there is an imminent danger of an industrial accident occurring.
