제57조 산업재해 발생 은폐 금지 및 보고 등

사업주는 산업재해가 발생하였을 때에는 그 발생 사실을 은폐해서는 아니 된다.
An employer shall not conceal the occurrence of an industrial accident when it occurs.
사업주는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산업재해의 발생 원인 등을 기록하여 보존하여야 한다.
An employer shall record and preserve the causes of industrial accidents, etc., as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
사업주는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 산업재해에 대해서는 그 발생 개요ㆍ원인 및 보고 시기, 재발방지 계획 등을 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 고용노동부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.
An employer shall report the occurrence, causes, reporting period of industrial accidents, and plans for preventing recurrence, etc., as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, to the Minister of Employment and Labor for industrial accidents specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
