제60조(도급의 승인 시 하도급 금지) 제58조제2항제2호에 따른 승인, 같은 조 제5항 또는 제6항(제59조제2항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 연장승인 또는 변경승인 및 제59조제1항에 따른 승인을 받은 작업을 도급받은 수급인은 그 작업을 하도급할 수 없다.
Translation
A contractor who has received a contract for work approved under Article 58, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 2, or for which an extension approval or modification approval has been granted under Article 58, Paragraph 5 or 6 (including cases applied mutatis mutandis under Article 59, Paragraph 2), or approved under Article 59, Paragraph 1, shall not subcontract such work.
