제76조(기계ㆍ기구 등에 대한 건설공사도급인의 안전조치) 건설공사도급인은 자신의 사업장에서 타워크레인 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기계ㆍ기구 또는 설비 등이 설치되어 있거나 작동하고 있는 경우 또는 이를 설치ㆍ해체ㆍ조립하는 등의 작업이 이루어지고 있는 경우에는 필요한 안전조치 및 보건조치를 하여야 한다.

① A construction contractor shall take necessary safety and health measures when machinery, equipment, or facilities, such as tower cranes, as determined by Presidential Decree, are installed or operated at their workplace, or when work such as installation, dismantling, or assembly is being carried out.
